Suryakant Pandey

Suryakant Pandey currently serves as the Head HR Asia Pacific at Lonza since October 2024, overseeing HR for regional business units in the CHI APAC regions, including India, China, Japan, and Southeast Asia/Oceania. Prior to this role, Suryakant held various senior positions at Cipla from April 2017 to September 2024, including Head of Human Resources for International Markets and Senior Director of HR for Talent and Learning, managing large teams and significant business units across emerging markets and Europe. Suryakant's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Shell, notably as Head HR for Retail, Manufacturing & Supply Chain in India/East Asia, and global HR responsibilities in projects and technology, as well as formative HR roles at Dell and other companies. Suryakant completed the Leadership Ascent Programme at Cornell University in 2021 and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, achieved in 2007.
