Susann Graesslin

Susann Graesslin has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the CHRO and previously as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer at Lonza AG since November 2008. Prior to this, Susann held the position of Personal Assistant to Management at Rietschle Holding GmbH + Co. KG from September 2006 to November 2016 and served as Executive Assistant to the Management Committee at Mutaris Consulting from June 2000 to August 2006. Additionally, Susann worked as a CranioSacral and Polarity Therapist from January 2000 to January 2006 and was Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Werner Rietschle GbmH & Co. KG from July 1989 to December 1999. Early career at Zell-Schönau AG, Irisette included an apprenticeship followed by various administrative roles leading to the position of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director from September 1980 to July 1989.
