Tanja Kiefer

Tanja Kiefer currently serves as the Head of HR Strategy and Implementation at Lonza, a role held since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading the design and execution of the global People Strategy and aligning HR initiatives with the company's vision. Prior experience at Novartis from August 2010 to September 2016 includes positions as Director of Talent & Organizational Development, Head HR Biologics Visp, and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on organizational support, talent management, and the implementation of effective HR processes. Tanja holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Basel, with a concentration in Labour Economics, Human Resources, and Organization.
