Jon Kaye

Jon Kaye is the founder of The High-Performance Hub, where the focus is on enhancing individual skillsets for CEOs and aspiring leaders, drawing on 15 years of entrepreneurial experience and advanced education in psychology. Kaye serves as an investor and advisor across multiple companies, including Streetbees, Look Fabulous Forever, School Explained, and others, demonstrating a commitment to supporting founders and innovative ventures. Previous roles include strategic advisory for Bodyism and non-executive directorship at The A&A Group, along with founding and managing Darwin Private Equity LLP. Kaye holds two Master's degrees, one in Applied Sports Psychology from St Mary’s University and another in Natural Sciences (Psychology) from the University of Cambridge.
