Chris Whitaker

Chris Whitaker has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. From 1992 to 2000, they worked as an HR Professional at Yorkshire Forward & YHDA. Chris then joined KCOM, where they held various positions including HR Business Partner, Head of Employee Relations & Programme Management, HR Director, Head of HR Programmes & Strategy, and Head of HR Operations & Reward. Chris'sresponsibilities included managing HR budgets, recruitment, employee relations, HR technology, and leading HR analytics and strategy. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Group HR Director at KCOM. Currently, they are working at Lookers plc as the Chief People Officer, leading the People Transformation program.

Chris Whitaker attended The University of Huddersfield from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Human Resources (CIPD).
