Nick Wood

Nick Wood has extensive experience in risk management, internal audit, and corporate assurance. Nick began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Executive before joining the British Broadcasting Corporation as an Audit Manager. Wood then transitioned to Inchcape plc where they held various positions, including Head of Corporate Assurance/Audit and Head of Risk Management. Nick was responsible for implementing risk frameworks and driving the company's risk agenda. Most recently, Wood joined Lookers plc as the Head of Internal Audit, where they are accountable for providing assurance over the company's risk, governance, and internal control arrangements.

Nick Wood attended Durham University from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
