Elmore Patterson

Elmore Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Elmore began their career in 2003 with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they served as a Health System Specialist in various hospital administration roles. Elmore then joined the U.S. Army in 2007 as a Medical Service Corps Officer, where they were responsible for recruiting and managing manpower distribution within the health care team. After leaving the army in 2010, Elmore worked as the Director of Facilities and Operations at AdventHealth, overseeing multiple departments and ensuring compliance. Elmore then served as the CEO of Greene County Health System, where they provided leadership and achieved financial goals for the hospital. Elmore's experience also includes roles as an Administrator at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC and as an Executive Director/Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. Elmore most recently served as the Hospital Administrator at Saint Luke's Health System and then as the Hospital CEO at Ochsner Health. Currently, Elmore is actively looking for job opportunities as a Chief Executive Officer.

Elmore Patterson received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Savannah State University in 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Armstrong State University. In 2020, they obtained a Nursing Home Administrator certification from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
