Jake Butler

Jake Butler has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of West Coast Sales at Headway since October 2024, Jake also holds the position of Limited Partner at Looking Glass Capital. Previously, Jake was part of the founding team at FairComp, where the focus was on creating a B2C platform for compensation data and AI-enhanced pay negotiation. Other notable roles include Head of Sales at Continuum, where innovative solutions for startups were developed, and Director of Sales at DoorDash, where significant team growth and revenue contributions were achieved. Earlier career roles include positions at Pavilion and Jobrivet, where Jake contributed to talent marketplace development. Jake is an alumnus of Santiago Canyon College.
