Chris Weber

Chris Weber has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Chris began their career in 1990 as a Property Manager at Hines, where they were responsible for the management of two high-rise office buildings in the Houston Central Business District. In 1993, they moved to Transwestern as a Real Estate Manager, where they managed a 50 story, 1.2 million square foot high-rise. In 2005, they joined Argus Realty Investors as an Asset Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 10 properties, in 4 states, 2.1 million square feet and $55 million+ in annual revenue. In 2016, they joined DNV GL as Corporate Real Estate Manager for North America, and in 2018 they were appointed VP & COO of Lookout Services, Inc.

Chris Weber obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Houston, with a focus in Business and Accounting. Chris also holds certifications from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as a Certified Property Manager (CPM), from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (AICPA) as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a Texas Real Estate License.
