Jennifer Moxley

Jennifer Moxley, CCP has an extensive work experience in the field of global compensation and benefits. Jennifer is currently the Director of Global Compensation at Lookout since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Contracting Consultant at Amplitude from June 2022 to November 2022. Jennifer also served as an Independent Consultant at OpenComp from July 2020 to November 2022. From July 2017 to January 2019, Jennifer held the position of Senior Manager of Global Compensation at Elastic. Jennifer was a Special Project Consultant at Expedia, Inc. from August 2016 to February 2017. Jennifer's experience also includes managerial roles at Amazon, where they served as the Manager of Global Compensation & Benefits Products from April 2014 to July 2016 and as the Manager of Global Compensation Programs from March 2012 to March 2014. Jennifer held a Senior Manager role in Corporate Compensation at DIRECTV from August 2003 to March 2012. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as the Director of Compensation at Universal Music Group from February 2002 to August 2003 and as a Senior Compensation Analyst at E! Networks from February 2001 to February 2002. Jennifer started their career as a Compensation & HRIS Analyst at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, where they worked from July 1997 to February 2001.

Jennifer Moxley, CCP, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University. Jennifer also holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. In addition to their degrees, Jennifer has obtained two certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in June 2013, and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work in January 2004.
