Customer Success Manager at Lookout

Josh George has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh started their career as a Customer Care Representative at Tangoe in 2007 and later worked as a Tier II Technical Support Representative and Team Lead at the same company. At Tangoe, they performed client-specific IT actions and provided training and documentation support.

Josh then joined NASA as a Technical Consultant III in 2011 before moving on to Surge Staffing where they worked as a Systems Administrator from 2013 to 2014. Josh then moved to PCM as an IT Support Analyst before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Technical Operations Analyst in 2015.

In 2015, Josh also worked as a Junior Network/Systems Administrator at Riverside Radiology & Interventional Associates for a brief period. Josh then joined Clarity Technology Solutions in 2016 where they held the roles of an IT Technician and later a Customer Success Manager. As an IT Technician, they provided support and maintained stable IT and network environments for clients. As a Customer Success Manager, they managed MSP client accounts, upsold security products and services, and ensured client renewals.

Josh joined BlueVoyant in 2020 as a Customer Success Manager, MSS for Enterprise & Commercial Accounts. Josh owned a multimillion-dollar portfolio of client relationships and managed the client experience to drive successful service renewals.

Most recently, Josh joined Lookout in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager. Josh manages a portfolio of strategic, enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption and value, and reporting key performance indicators.

Josh George has a diverse education history. In 1999 to 2000, they attended Full Sail University and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Film and Video Production. In 2020, they participated in the Ohio Cyber Range Institute Cybersecurity Bootcamp at the University of Cincinnati.

Apart from formal degrees, Josh has also obtained several certifications. In May 2008, they became a Certified BlackBerry Device Support Technician through BlackBerry. In June 2020, they completed the Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers course provided by ConnectWise. In August 2021, they achieved the Microsoft 365 Defender: Ninja August 2021 Special Edition certification issued by Microsoft. In April 2022, they participated in the Microsoft Azure Partner Sales Bootcamp and in May 2022, they successfully completed the Microsoft Security Partner Sales Bootcamp, both conducted by Microsoft.
