Kelley Chubb

Kelley Chubb has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Kelley is currently working as a Corporate Counsel at Lookout since December 2021. Prior to this, they were a Legal Counsel at QAD from February 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining QAD, Kelley worked at VWR, part of Avantor, where they held the position of Senior Contract Specialist from June 2018 to February 2019, and Contract Specialist from June 2016 to June 2018. In both roles, they were responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, negotiating with customers from various sectors, and providing legal analysis and advice to senior leadership.

From February 2014 to May 2016, Kelley worked as a Compliance Program Manager at the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, where they managed housing recovery programs and collaborated with outside counsel on legal matters.

Kelley gained experience as a Volunteer Associate at the New Jersey Office of Attorney General's Division of Law, Tort Litigation Section from October 2013 to January 2014. Additionally, Kelley worked as a Law Clerk at New Jersey Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts from October 2013 to November 2013.

Earlier in their career, Kelley served as a Corporate Law Clerk at Stuart Weitzman, LLC, where they drafted various legal agreements and managed trademark applications from January 2013 to June 2013. Kelley also worked as a Summer/Fall Associate at Eric N. Cohen and Associates from May 2012 to January 2013, and as a Legal Intern at American Stock Transfer & Trust Co LLC from January 2012 to May 2012.

Kelley's work experience also includes a Law Clerk position at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District from May 2011 to August 2011. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in contract management, legal analysis, and compliance program management.

Kelley Chubb has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in International Business and Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. In September 2022, they also earned a certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
