Shelby Tapia

Shelby Tapia has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Videographer at Otion Pictures, where they supported camera operations for various events. From April 2017 to July 2017, they were a Tier 1 Fulfillment Lead at Staff Management | SMX for Google, overseeing teams and analyzing data to identify opportunities. Shelby then joined ShipBob, Inc. in October 2017 as a People Operations Generalist, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining employee data. In August 2019, they transitioned to the role of Human Resources Associate at Lookout, where they managed onboarding/offboarding processes and maintained HR email communication. In February 2020, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Generalist.
