Ihab O. Ismail

Ihab O. Ismail, Ph.D., is a seasoned project manager and subject matter expert in the field of science education, currently affiliated with College Prep By Design since April 2011. Throughout the career, Ismail has focused on developing and managing after-school science programs, facilitating summer programs in mathematics and science, and training graduate students for standardized tests such as the GRE, GMAT, and LSAT. In addition to current roles at The Loomis Chaffee School, where the first after-school science program is being developed, Ismail serves as an advisor for guided research in molecular biology and teaches various college-level courses. Previous experience includes faculty positions at The Village School and Columbus Academy, along with research roles at Nationwide Children's Hospital and the University of North Texas. Ismail holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Virginia Tech and has extensive expertise in molecular genetics and biotechnology.
