Brandon Li has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Private Credit Intern at Barings in 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Investment Analyst at Duke Impact Investing Group, where they actively managed a school endowment and conducted due diligence on company financials. Brandon also worked as an Alpha Strategies Intern at Loomis, Sayles & Company, focusing on financial modeling and multi-asset allocation. Brandon was a Duke Arete Fellow at The Centre for Effective Altruism, exploring ways to maximize positive impact. Brandon also served as an Analyst at GIC Group, specializing in AgTech investment projects. Additionally, Brandon worked as a Research Unit Analyst for Duke Student Government and held various roles at Duke University, including USP Research/Planning Fellow and Bass Connections- Global Health. Brandon was also part of the CGRH Student Advisory Board at the Duke Global Health Institute and the Student Advisory Board at Duke University Libraries - Perkins. Lastly, they participated in the 2022 GS Insight Series at Goldman Sachs.

Brandon Li is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Duke University, with an anticipated graduation year of 2024. Prior to attending Duke, they studied Entrepreneurial Leadership and ESG at Babson College from an unknown start year until 2022. In addition to their formal education, Brandon has obtained certifications in the Energy Training Program from the Duke Undergraduate Energy Club in November 2021 and as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) in November 2019.
