Connor Hatcher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Connor started their career at Ron Walters Construction as an IT Specialist, where they troubleshooted and maintained networking devices and led a successful search engine marketing campaign. Connor then worked as a Help Desk Technician at Dell EMC, supporting various platforms and software, and received recognition for their high performance. After that, they joined JKW Enterprises as a Full Stack Developer, contributing to internet marketing, website development, and eCommerce projects. Connor then transitioned to Mid-America Christian University as a System Integrator, where they integrated systems and managed projects. Most recently, they worked at MainTrade as a Software Developer, creating statistical models and risk metrics using cryptocurrency and traditional finance tools. Currently, they are employed at Loomis, Sayles & Company as a Software Engineer.

Connor Hatcher has a diverse educational background. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics, where they focused on mathematics. During the same period, they also attended Mid-America Technology Center, specializing in pre-engineering. Afterward, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science at Oklahoma City Community College. Most recently, they enrolled at Mid-America Christian University in 2020 and is anticipated to complete a degree in Data Analytics with a focus on Mathematics and Statistics by 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Connor also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they earned a Google Adwords Certification from Google, demonstrating their proficiency in online advertising.
