Greg Jones

Greg Jones, CFA has a solid work experience in the finance industry. Greg began their career as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2008, specializing in Fixed Income Credit Trading. Greg joined the company again the following year as a Fixed Income Sales & Trading Generalist. In 2014, Greg joined CreditSights as a Senior Research Analyst, focusing on institutional fixed income research in the Energy Team. Greg'scoverage included Power & Utilities, Yieldcos, and Independent Power Producers. Greg'sresearch work was often cited in prestigious publications such as The Economist, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal. In 2018, they moved to Guggenheim Partners as a Vice President specializing in Power/Utilities. Currently, Greg works as a Research Analyst at Loomis, Sayles & Company, started in July 2019.

Greg Jones, CFA obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and Economics from the University of Scranton, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they hold several certifications including a CFA Charter Holder, Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) Exam certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), and Series 63, Series 86, and Series 87 certifications, all obtained from FINRA.
