Heather Young, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Heather started their career at Bank of America in 2005 as a Credit Analyst. In 2007, they joined Columbia Management as a Research Analyst. Heather then moved to Loomis Sayles in 2008, where they worked as a Vice President and Research Analyst until 2011. In 2012, they had a summer internship as a Summer Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse. From 2013 to 2015, Heather worked as an Early-Stage Investor at Converge Venture Partners. Heather then joined Breckinridge Capital Advisors in 2015 as a Vice President and Senior Analyst. At Loomis, Sayles & Company, Heather held various roles including Vice President and Senior Analyst, Vice President and Strategist, and most recently, Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Heather started their role as a Vice President and Senior Analyst in February 2016 and transitioned to their current role as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager in January 2020.

Heather Young, CFA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Finance from Boston University. Additionally, Heather Young has acquired certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute.
