Kathryn Coburn has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Kathryn started their career as a Personal Finance Instructor Assistant at Emmanuel College in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Student Research Assistant in Economics, where they assisted with a study on local economic development goals in Massachusetts. Moving forward, Kathryn worked at Merrill Lynch in 2014, firstly as a Wealth Management Intern and then as a Seasonal Client Associate in the Private Banking & Investment Group. The same year, they also interned at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Risk Policy & Analysis Intern. Since 2015, Kathryn has been working at Loomis, Sayles & Company. Kathryn began as a Credit Research Associate and then progressed to the role of Credit Research Senior Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Credit Research Analyst, Vice President at Loomis, Sayles & Company.
Kathryn Coburn received their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Emmanuel College (Boston) in 2015. In the summer of 2014, they engaged in a program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on Alternative Investments. Currently, Kathryn is pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College Carroll School of Management, with an anticipated graduation year of 2022.
