Senior Software Engineering at Loomis Sayles

Roman Kasianov has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering and development. Roman began their career as a c/c++ software developer at State scientific manufacturing firm Rubin in 2001 and then moved on to Penza Scientific-Research Electro Technical Institute in 2002. At Aviapribor Holding, Roman worked as a Software Engineer, focusing on embedded OS development, firmware development, and device drivers development. Roman then joined Auriga as a Software Engineering Manager in 2004. From 2005 to 2007, Roman worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Galantis and Active Web Services. Roman then joined CDC Group as a Senior Lead Developer, where they worked on CRM, ECM, BPM implementations, as well as MS Dynamics CRM and MS SharePoint implementations. Roman joined "FNK" Group of Companies as a Principal Software Development Engineer in 2010 and then moved on to Insycom Inc in 2011, where they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer, specializing in designing and developing custom enterprise applications using Microsoft stack of technologies and third-party components. Roman is currently employed at Loomis, Sayles & Company as a Senior Software Engineering since 2012. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in various technologies and has been involved in the design and development of CRM, ECM, BPM, and enterprise applications.

Roman Kasianov attended Penza State University from 1996 to 2003, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following certifications from Microsoft: MCPD: Web Developer in June 2011, MBSP: Developer for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 in April 2010, MBSS: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Customization and Configuration in April 2010, MBSS: Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 4.0 Extending Microsoft Dynamics in April 2010, and MCTS: .Net Framework 2.0, Web Applications in February 2008.
