Vicki Bacheller has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vicki is currently employed as a Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst at Loomis, Sayles & Company since April 2021.

Prior to their current role, they worked at Wellington Management for a significant portion of their career. Their most recent position at Wellington Management was as a Global Strategic Relationship Group Manager from January 2020 to March 2021. In this role, they managed a global team located across Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the US, focusing on resource allocation and support for the company's largest strategic clients. Additionally, they served as the primary relationship manager responsible for global strategic clients in the UK/EUR and APAC regions across various channels such as wealth management, sub-advisory, OCIO, family office, and consultant channels.

Before their role as a Global Strategic Relationship Group Manager, Vicki worked as an Account Manager - Global Client & Prospect Services from January 2014 to December 2019. Prior to their Account Manager role, Vicki served as a Relationship Analyst from September 2010 to December 2013. Vicki was responsible for advocating for the Australia and New Zealand client book of business within the organization by liaising with different functional groups. Vicki facilitated effective communication, information sharing, and best practice sharing across regions, offices, and functions to optimize resources.

Vicki also gained experience as a Client Service Analyst & Business Development Analyst on the Endowment & Foundation Team from April 2009 to September 2010. Vicki assisted in infrastructure development for a new line of business and acted as the primary relationship contact for a $100 million book of business, managing client meetings and ongoing relationship management.

Their earlier roles at Wellington Management include Client Service Analyst - Private Client Group (January 2008 to April 2009), Client Service Analyst - Corporate Team (April 2005 to January 2008), and Marketing Analyst (January 2004 to April 2005).

Before joining Wellington Management, Vicki worked at Putnam Investments as a Database Administrator from June 1999 to January 2004.

Vicki Bacheller attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations.
