Gabriel Țurcan

Gabriel Țurcan is an experienced professional with a background in bioengineering and biomedical engineering, holding a Master of Engineering degree from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara. Currently serving as a Production Assistant at Loop Biotech since August 2022, Gabriel contributes to the production of biodegradable "living" coffins. Previous roles include being a Student Assistant at Technische Universiteit Delft, where Gabriel participated in a research project focusing on accident risks in the operating room, and serving as a Student Mentor/Assistant for a course in Biomedical Engineering. Gabriel has also worked at Nokia as a System Engineer and Junior Software Engineer, contributing to software architecture and development in various capacities, and gained experience in augmented reality development during a trainee position at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
