Ariane Thewlis is an experienced professional in customer management with a strong background in collections and complaints handling. Currently serving as Collections Manager at Loop Customer Management since November 2014, Ariane leads teams focused on assisting Yorkshire Water customers with debt management, payment plans, and support strategies. Previous roles include Customer Relations Team Leader and Customer Relations Advisor at Direct Line, managing complaints for various insurance products, and serving as a European Claims Handler and Linguist at Green Flag Breakdown. Ariane's educational credentials include the MEP Management Excellence Programme and a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Institute of Insurance, complemented by a degree from The University of Huddersfield.

Loop was created in April 2000 from within the Kelda Group, to provide managed customer services to our sister company Yorkshire Water. As a relatively unknown name to most people, Loop now delivers a world class service to Yorkshire Water.
