Sue Gott has over a decade of experience in team management, currently serving as a Contact Center Team Lead at Loop Customer Management since December 2015. Prior to this role, Sue Gott held the position of Team Manager at Yorkshire Water, contributing to the organization since September 2009. Sue Gott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Organisation from Bradford College, completed between 1997 and 2001.

Loop was created in April 2000 from within the Kelda Group, to provide managed customer services to our sister company Yorkshire Water. As a relatively unknown name to most people, Loop now delivers a world class service to Yorkshire Water.
