Loyella Coutts has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Loyella currently holds the position of Director, People & Culture at Loop, where they oversee various aspects of the company's operations and ensures the smooth implementation of controlled access EV charging services. Prior to Loop, Loyella worked as an Executive Human Resources Partner at a confidential company from 2019 to 2021. Loyella was responsible for managing human resources functions and providing strategic support to executives. From 2015 to 2019, Loyella served as the Director of Human Resources at Continental Currency Services Inc., where they led a team and implemented various HR initiatives, including talent sourcing, recruiting, and performance management. Before that, they held the position of Director, Human Resources International at Curvature, LLC, where they had global responsibilities in recruitment, labor laws, and compensation. Loyella also worked at JIPC Management Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR, risk management, and legal issues. Loyella Coutts obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and English, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Mumbai between 1975 and 1979. Loyella also earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Daver's College of Arts, as well as an Associate's Degree in Interior Design from the American School of Arts, during the same time period.
