Molly McGowan

Molly McGowan has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Molly is currently a Senior Manager at Loop & Tie, where they are responsible for buying and merchandising. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr E-Commerce Manager at the same company. Molly also has experience as a Yoga Sculpt Instructor at both CorePower Yoga and Siwicki Fitness.

Before transitioning into the fitness industry, Molly worked at Ross Stores, Inc. for a significant period. Molly started as an Assistant Buyer I, where they developed key merchant skills and built relationships with vendors. Molly then progressed to the role of Assistant Buyer II, handling Jr Plus Tops and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Their final position at Ross Stores was Associate Buyer, where they were responsible for the financial performance and direct selection of the shapewear business.
