Mark Mellish

Mark Mellish has a strong background in business analysis, with experience in various industries and organizations. Mark started their career at Bond International Software as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed and developed recruitment SQL databases and designed and wrote configuration specifications for clients. Mark also served as an Operational Trainer, delivering training courses on the company's software to clients in the UK and Europe.

Mark then worked at Mosaic Online Systems as a Business Analyst, where they worked with customers to understand their business procedures and requirements and wrote system design and change request documentation. Mark continued their career as a Business Analyst at Dual Energy, identifying process and system improvements and overseeing software roll-outs.

Later, Mark joined Palmer and Harvey as a Business Analyst, working with colleagues to understand system and business process requirements and creating requirement and functional specifications. Mark then moved to the International HIV/AIDS Alliance as a Senior Advisor, mapping team processes and presenting improvement options to the board of directors.

Mark's experience also includes roles at the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, where they worked as a Process Analyst and successfully mapped recruitment processes, and at The Body Shop, where they worked as a Senior BI Business Analyst, developing graphic reporting pages using SAP SAC.

Most recently, Mark worked at the Pensions Regulator as a Lead Associate Regulatory Transactions, and at Alcove as a Business Analyst, responsible for the creation of all epics, features, and user stories for the development team.

Currently, Mark is working at Loop Works as a Business Analyst, contributing to the development of the company's mobile recruitment and engagement tools.

Mark Mellish attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a B.Ed in Primary Education with a focus on Dramatic Arts (DRA). Additionally, in October 2015, Mark obtained a certification as a PADI Professional, but the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
