Madhawa Thilakarathne

Madhawa Thilakarathne is a seasoned Technical Sales Engineer at Loop1, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM) since March 2021. Prior to this role, Madhawa served as a Sales Engineer for the Just In Time Group in Sri Lanka from October 2017 to February 2021, focusing on technology enablement for government and telecommunications sectors, and preparing RFP responses. Madhawa's earlier experience includes a position as a Network Engineer at Mitter International, where network solutions for telecommunications and healthcare were designed, and as a Technician/NOC Analyst at Sri Lanka Telecom, contributing to the commissioning of network elements. Academically, Madhawa holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Technology from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Sri Lanka Telecom Training Centre.
