John Aiello

John Aiello has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Global Key Account Manager at Kennametal, where they developed strategies for penetrating and growing the aerospace manufacturing market globally. In 2009, they became an Expert Consultant for the aerospace industry, providing market intelligence and industry research for institutional investors. From 2010 to 2017, Aiello held various roles at H.C. Starck, including Director of the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Business Sector, Sales and Business Development Director for the Global Aerospace Market Segment, and Western Regional Sales Manager. During this time, they developed and led strategies for sales and EBITDA growth, managed innovation and intellectual property, and explored M&A growth prospects and exit strategies. In 2010, they also served as an International Diplomatic Host for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. From 2018 to 2019, Aiello worked at DMG MORI, a global automated manufacturing solutions provider. John then served as a Consultant in the private equity sector for Aerospace, Automation, Manufacturing, Metals until 2020. In 2020, they became a Principal at OneAccord, and in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Vice President at Aritex. Most recently, starting in 2022, Aiello has been working as a Principal at Ai3 Advisory, focusing on advisory roles. In 2023, they joined Loopr AI, where they help manufacturers integrate AI automation quickly.

John Aiello completed their bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan from 1980 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a brief period of graduate studies in Business/Finance at UCLA in 1986.
