Alejandra Lerena

Alejandra Lerena has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Alejandra currently holds the position of Head of People at LoopStudio since 2022. Previously, they worked as a People Partner Manager at PedidosYa from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they were the Encargada de Recursos Humanos at New Age Data from 2012 to 2018. Alejandra also held positions as an Analyst of human resources at Cristalpet S.A from 2011 to 2012, and as a substitute Personnel Selection Assistant at Costa y Pena in 2011. Alejandra began their career with a traineeship as an Assistant of Human Resources at Telefónica Moviles from 2010 to 2011.

Alejandra Lerena completed their education with a Posgrado en Transformación Organizacional from FCEA - Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y de Administración in 2016-2017. Alejandra also obtained a Licenciada en Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga' in 2009-2012. In 2009, they studied English at Merrimack College. Alejandra's earlier education included attending Sagrado Corazón Ex Seminario from 1992-2006, where they completed Escuela, Liceo y Bachillerato.
