Chris T. is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Loot Labs Inc since February 2024, Chris previously held the same title at Ascendant Studios from May 2019 to July 2023, where contributions included growing the studio's workforce from 20 to over 150 employees while developing a AAA First Person Magic Shooter. Earlier roles included Senior Producer and Producer at 2K, where Chris was a key figure in securing challenging projects. Additionally, Chris has experience in production and quality assurance at ImageMovers Digital and LucasArts, and holds an education from Cerro Coso Community College from 2004 to 2006.
