Thomas Huxley

Thomas Huxley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas currently works at LootLocker as a Senior Software Engineer since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head Of Digital at EOE Eyewear from September 2021 to September 2022. Before that, Thomas held multiple positions at Qyre, including Head of Product from March 2021 to August 2021, and Senior Software Engineer from December 2020 to August 2021.

From November 2016 to December 2020, Thomas worked at Hello Future as a Frontend Engineer, where they worked on various projects using technologies such as React, TS, Next.js, Wordpress, Python, and PHP. Thomas also served as the lead frontend engineer for the Supporter.app using React Native. Additionally, they worked as a project manager and provided support for Martinsons, Tuff Ledarskapsträning, and Mobilaris website projects. Furthermore, they developed Python Rest API for Skellefteå Kraft.

Thomas has also held positions at Vivo Group as a Front-End Web Developer from September 2013 to May 2016, and at Phase New Media as a Front-End Developer from May 2012 to September 2013, and as a Digital Media Producer from September 2011 to May 2012.

In 2004, Thomas served as the Editor in Chief at Pixar Planet/Upcoming Pixar. Thomas also has experience as a Director at their own company, Thomas Huxley, in 2011, and as a Broadcaster at Radio Norfolk from December 2008 to May 2011. Lastly, they worked as an Assistant/Web Designer at 2899 Design from June 2009 to January 2011.

Thomas Huxley completed their Grade 12 Certificate from Kelvin Grove State College from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Norfolk Island Central School from 1996 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Angular2 From the Ground Up from Udemy in June 2016.
