Mr. Strumlauf has recently joined LEI as Electrical Department Manager. He obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and is a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in California, Nevada, and Florida.

Mr. Strumlauf has over thirty years of electrical design experience, superior knowledge of building codes, NEC, UBC, IBC, NFPA, NEMA standards, and California Title 24 requirements; has extensive experience working with architects, utility engineers, developers, contractors, building inspectors, and clients; has expertise in the electrical design of entertainment, commercial and industrial projects including retail centers, malls, high-rise, and low-rise office buildings, manufacturing facilities, business centers, food service facilities, medical facilities, schools, theme parks, and entertainment attractions; is experienced in design, specification, and coordination of projects involving electrical power distribution (up to 34.5kv), HVAC, interior and exterior lighting, data and voice communications, motor control, and life safety systems; and is highly skilled at reviewing, revising, and customizing specifications, shop drawings, and change order requests.
