Dan Shell is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in networking and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Lorain Public Library System since February 2021, Dan also teaches the CCNA series as an instructor for Cisco Network Academy at Lorain County Community College since April 2011. As CEO of DSHELL NETWORK ARCHITECTS, LLC since November 2009, Dan provides consulting services specializing in internet networking designs. Prior experience includes serving as CTO at a Small DoD business from January 2006 to November 2009 and as a Network Architect at Cisco Systems from October 1994 to August 2006, where Dan contributed to the development of the PC104 rugged router CISCO 3200 product line. Dan holds a Master of Library Science in Information Science from Case Western Reserve University, obtained between 1979 and 1981.
