Khalid al Hamwi

Khalid Al Hamwi is a versatile professional currently serving as a Communications Officer at Anera since September 2022, while also working as a self-employed Interior Designer since 2017. Having co-founded Furbiture Design and worked as an Interior Architect at Lynxart Studio, Khalid demonstrates strong expertise in design and client needs assessment. Previous roles include Refugee Liaison Officer at SALAR International, where responsibilities encompassed data provision and coordination for refugee needs, and community activism with We Love. Khalid’s background also includes proficiency in illustration and teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. Khalid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Lebanese International University and is certified in Autodesk REVIT Architecture.
