Joanne P.

Joanne P. currently serves as the Global Head of Compliance Testing and Monitoring at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Joanne led U.S. Compliance as Director Compliance and served as Vice President Compliance at Credit Suisse from January 2019 to June 2023. Joanne's career includes significant experience in various compliance and operations roles at Citi, where advancement to Assistant Vice-President was achieved within four years, as well as positions at Merrill Lynch and Hudson Ventures Partners. Joanne holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a degree in Arts Applied Studies, focusing on Economics and International Trade from the University of Waterloo.
