Deborah Durán Monroig

Deborah Durán Monroig has a diverse work experience in marketing, events, and sales. Deborah is currently the Marketing Director at LORDE + BELLE starting in November 2023. Prior to this, they were the Owner and CEO of VPB Marketing Group LLC since October 2022. Deborah also worked as the Director of Marketing and Events at Shammah Int. from January 2016, where they were responsible for developing marketing plans, improving sales, and organizing business launch events. Deborah was a Marketing Manager at Faberlic from March 2022 to February 2023, where they developed marketing strategies and supported the sales team. Deborah also worked as an Intake Specialist at Family First Firm from July 2021 to March 2022, handling office duties and implementing marketing and sales plans. Deborah has previous experience as a Sales Manager, Social Media Manager, and Events Coordinator at Park Lane Jewelry PR from March 2017 to November 2019. Deborah's earlier roles include Regional Trainer and Key Holder/Assistant Manager at Designer Eyes, where they organized events, implemented marketing strategies, and managed store operations. Deborah also worked as the Director of Content at Simple Media Agency in 2017, creating and executing content strategies for social media platforms, and volunteered at Miami Fashion Week in 2014.

Deborah Durán Monroig received a Bachelor's degree in Production and Marketing of Events from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, which they completed between 2012 and 2017. In 2014, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from The Art Institutes. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Digital Marketing Specialist in Social Media from the Digital Marketing Institute in 2021.
