Nicky Pemberton has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in the area of sports development. From 1998 to present, Nicky has held various roles at Lord's Taverners, including Director of Programmes & Growth and Director of Charitable Programmes. During this time, Nicky has led the transformation of the charity into a leading sports development organization, focusing on supporting young people who have limited access to sports in disadvantaged communities. Prior to joining Lord's Taverners, Nicky worked as a PA to the Director of Finance & IT at the BBC from 1990 to 1998.
