Jean-Pierre Dufresne

Jean-Pierre Dufresne has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Jean-Pierre started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Century 21, where they managed listings and appointments. Jean-Pierre then moved on to Pearson Education, first as a Marketing Assistant, creating marketing materials and writing copy, and later as a Marketing Coordinator, liaising between the marketing department and faculty/students.

Jean-Pierre then transitioned to TM Forum, initially working as a Project Manager for the Catalyst Program. In this role, they managed complex member relations and encouraged collaboration among competing companies. Jean-Pierre later took on the role of Senior Project Manager, where they worked closely with program managers and different departments within TM Forum.

Jean-Pierre'smost recent position was at Lorem Ipsum Corp., where they held the role of Head of Marketing. In this role, Jean-Pierre had ownership of customer-facing channels, led a global team, and defined project scope and deliverables.

Throughout their career, Jean-Pierre has demonstrated strong project management skills, an understanding of creative development processes, and the ability to exceed client expectations.

Jean-Pierre Dufresne received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Hofstra University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008. Jean-Pierre then pursued a Master's degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Hunter College, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Jean-Pierre also obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate of Completion in Technical Project Management from the American Management Association in August 2016. Jean-Pierre is also a Project Management Professional, certified by the Project Management Institute.
