Mason received a Master’s of Social Work Degree from the University of St. Thomas and an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Concordia College at Moorhead. Prior to becoming a Master’s level social worker, Mason gained experience working in a preschool and a middle school as a social worker. He has experience working with children, adolescents, and families from a range of cultural backgrounds.
While working with clients, Mason employs a collaborative, person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy. He enjoys working from psychodynamic theory and attachment theory in order to explore the ways in which people relate to one another.
Mason has experience working with children with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, trauma and relational challenges.
