Sheila Boyle

Sheila Boyle has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Sheila started their career in 1997 as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Training at Oswego County Savings Bank, where they oversaw all aspects of HR for a small community bank. In 1999, they joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Senior Manager, People, where they served as the senior HR leader for the Syracuse location and managed programs and policies to attract, retain, train, and develop employees. In 2015, they became the Human Resources Director at Loretto. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as recruiting, benefits administration, payroll administration, and employee relations.

Sheila Boyle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Le Moyne College, which they attended from 1987 to 1994. Sheila also holds an Associate's degree in Marketing from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology. In 1995, they obtained the certification for SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
