Job Matheka

Job Matheka is a software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and team management. Currently employed at Lori since February 2021, Job focuses on software engineering tasks. Previously, Job worked at Lynk Kenya as a senior backend engineer from May 2018 to December 2020, responsible for building and maintaining backend systems and web APIs, as well as engaging in DevOps practices. At the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics from May 2016 to April 2018, Job contributed to the development and deployment of internal systems and behavioral experiments. Job also served as the lead software engineer at Dishi Hub from November 2015 to February 2016, overseeing a team of backend developers in the creation of a food delivery system and a recommendation engine. Job holds a certification as a Microsoft Mobile App Developer from m:lab East Africa, completed in 2016.
