Sharon Muriithi is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service for Lori since November 2018, Sharon previously held roles as a Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Supervisor at Jambojet and Kenya Airways, respectively. Educationally, Sharon obtained a certificate in Customer Service Support from Pride Center Kenya Airways in 2011 and is currently pursuing further studies at the College of Human Resource Management.
