Caroline Robbins

Caroline Robbins has extensive work experience in various roles within the recruitment and workforce solutions industry. Caroline is currently serving as the Head of Volume Delivery at Lorien. Prior to that, they worked at Hudson RPO as an Operations Manager. Caroline also spent several years at Alexander Mann Solutions, where they held positions such as Senior Volume Delivery Manager and Senior Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Client Services Manager at Alexander Mann Solutions, where they were responsible for delivery within the Vodafone Retail Resourcing function. Caroline began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Brook Street and later worked as a Concession Manager at The Shoe Collection. Caroline also had entrepreneurial ventures as the proprietor of Sugar and Spice and Ace Recruitment of Hungerford. Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in team management, client service, recruitment, and operations.

Caroline Robbins attended John O' Gaunt from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained their GCSE's in subjects such as Maths, French, English, Geography, English Literature, and Music. Caroline also pursued a degree in Science and Home Economics. Additionally, they completed an NVQ Level 2 in Administration.
