Jamie Ghaffar

Jamie Ghaffar has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They are currently the Head of People and Culture at Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge Trust, LLC since June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Vice President, Group Human Resources Strategy at Trustbridge Partners from October 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Human Resources Director at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. from January 2011 to October 2021. Their earlier roles include positions such as Human Resources Generalist at Blackboard, Human Resources Coordinator at Wimba, and Human Resources Assistant Intern at Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). They also worked as a Project Manager at Lieberman Research Group and as a Sr. Research Analyst at Added Value.

Jamie Ghaffar obtained a Masters degree in HR Management from New York University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, Jamie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Chinese from Bucknell University. Jamie also holds a High School Diploma from The Wheeler School. In terms of certifications, Jamie obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in January 2021 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2015.
