Christa Collins

Christa Collins is a dedicated Computer Engineering student at Liberty University, expected to graduate in May 2025. Currently serving as a High Performance Computing Intern at Los Alamos National Laboratory since May 2023, Christa has previously held an internship at the same laboratory as a Supercomputer Institute Intern. In addition to technical roles, Christa has demonstrated leadership as the Chapter President of the Society of Women Engineers at Liberty University and coordinates marketing efforts for the chapter. Christa has experience as a Computer Services Laboratory Technician and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Liberty University, focusing on FPGA re-programmability and data processing of EEG signals. Prior experience includes a role as a Frontend Web Developer at Old Dominion University, where Christa designed and maintained a website promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
