Keenan Dotson

Keenan Dotson, PE, currently serves as Group Leader for the Engineering Services - Fire Protection Engineering Group at Los Alamos National Laboratory since April 2018. With extensive experience in fire protection engineering, previous roles include leadership positions such as Deputy Group Leader and Facility Services Team Lead at Los Alamos, where responsibilities included providing subject matter expert support and serving as the delegated Authority Having Jurisdiction for facility planning and construction. Prior to joining Los Alamos, Keenan worked at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center as a Fire Protection Engineer and Cryogenics Safety Manager, offering technical guidance on fire protection and life safety. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, both awarded by the University of Maryland and New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, respectively.
