Kelly Ramos

Kelly Ramos, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist II at Los Alamos National Laboratory since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Human Resources Director at Defined Fitness from October 2022 to April 2024 and served as Human Resources Manager at ofi for a brief period in 2022. With extensive experience gained as a Human Resources Generalist at The Arora Group from April 2017 to April 2022, Kelly has developed a comprehensive skill set in the field. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from New Mexico State University, along with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the same institution.
