Francisco Rodriguez serves as the Chancellor of the Los Angeles Community College District and has extensive experience in higher education leadership. Previously, Francisco held the position of Superintendent/President at MiraCosta College from 2009 to 2014, and before that, Francisco was the President of Cosumnes River College from 2003 to 2009. Francisco also served as Executive Dean at Woodland Community College from 1999 to 2003. Academic qualifications include a PhD from Oregon State University, as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Davis.
