Mala Nanda

Mala Nanda has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mala most recently worked at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services as the Director of Strategy & Operations, Diagnostic Services. Before that, they served as an Executive Coach and Consultant as an independent consultant. Mala also held leadership roles at Tensar International and Owens Corning, where they worked as a Vice President and General Manager and General Manager, Building Materials Asia Pacific South, respectively. Mala also worked at Owens Corning in various other positions, including General Manager, Commercial & Industrial Building Materials - China and Director, Global Supply Chain. Prior to their time at Owens Corning, Mala worked at Haemonetics Corporation as a Production Manager and at Armstrong World Industries as a Systems Analyst. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills.

Mala Nanda has a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hood College, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987. Mala then pursued two master's degrees concurrently from 1992 to 1994: one in Management, Operations, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and another in Engineering Management from Northwestern University's Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering.
